Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

Responsibility, Use & Disclaimer of Warranties

You are responsible for the proper use of all rented items. You assume all risks inherent to the operation and use of the rented items and agree to assume full responsibility for the defense of, and to indemnify and hold harmless, 4 Kings’ Rentals from and against all claims for property damage or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation, or possession of the rented items.

This applies whether or not such damage or injury is claimed or found to have resulted in whole or in part from 4 Kings’ Rentals’ negligence, a defective condition of the items, or any other cause.

YOU AGREE THAT NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HAVE BEEN MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTED EQUIPMENT.

Equipment Failure

Renter agrees to immediately discontinue use of rented items if they become unsafe or fall into disrepair and must notify 4 Kings’ Rentals immediately (within one hour or less).

At its discretion, 4 Kings’ Rentals may make the item operable within a reasonable time, provide a like item if available, reschedule availability, or adjust rental charges. This provision does not relieve the renter of contractual obligations.

Under no circumstances shall 4 Kings’ Rentals be responsible for injury or damage resulting from equipment failure or defect.

Use of Equipment

Renter agrees and covenants that they are satisfied with the instruction, condition, and proper and safe use of the rented equipment or that they are sufficiently familiar with its use and have conveyed this to 4 Kings’ Rentals.

Equipment shall be used only at the address listed on the contract and only for its intended purpose. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.

Renter confirms that all instruction manuals, operating instructions, and warnings related to the rented items have been read and understood.

Equipment Responsibility

Renter is responsible for all equipment from the time of possession until the time of return and assumes the entire risk of loss regardless of cause.

If items are lost, stolen, or damaged, renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, including labor.

A reasonable cleaning fee will be charged for items returned dirty.

Under no circumstances may silly string, goo, gum, slime, or similar substances be used on or near inflatables. If any such material is found, a cleaning fee of $50 or more, depending on severity, will be charged automatically.

Cancellation / Rain Check

When rental equipment is reserved, 4 Kings’ Rentals immediately removes those items from inventory and schedules staff if applicable.

• Cancellations made more than 8 days prior to the event date are subject to a 25% charge of the total order.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to a 50% charge of the total order.

In cases of inclement weather or personal illness, 4 Kings’ Rentals offers a rain check. Funds will be held for up to 365 days from the original event date and may be applied toward another rental date, subject to availability.

Refunds

4 Kings’ Rentals does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Payments may be transferred to a new date or to an immediate family member but are non-refundable.

Time of Return

Renter’s right of possession terminates upon expiration of the rental period stated in the contract. Time is of the essence.

Any extension must be agreed upon in writing.

Late Returns

Only applicable to self-pickup and drop-off rentals.

Items must be returned during regular business hours on or before the agreed return time. Rental charges will continue until items are returned.

A $25 late fee per item will apply for equipment returned after the deadline.

Payment

All charges must be paid in advance.

Additional charges incurred shall be paid immediately upon notice.

Renter agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney fees.

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable initial payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This amount includes delivery and pickup fees.

If no initial payment was collected, renter is still responsible for the 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% charge of the total order.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for services including but not limited to:

• Non-level delivery locations, including stairs and hills

• Setup of tables and chairs

• After-hours delivery or pickup

• Re-pickup attempts

• Missing packaging materials

• Service calls

• Site surveys

• Preparation work

• Specific time delivery or pickup requirements

Delivery & Pickup

Renter must clean and repackage all items in the original containers provided.

Items must be accessible at an agreed-upon location.

Delivery and pickup times are at the discretion of 4 Kings’ Rentals.

Additional service charges apply for extra delivery or pickup attempts.

Care of Equipment

Renter must protect equipment from weather, any conditions that may require 4 Kings' Rentals to excessively clean equipment, misuse, theft, or loss.

Renter must be present to count all items at delivery and pickup. If not present, 4 Kings’ Rentals’ counts will be deemed accurate.

Insurance

Renter shall maintain adequate liability, property, and casualty insurance to protect 4 Kings’ Rentals and its equipment.

All insurance proceeds related to loss or damage shall be assigned to 4 Kings’ Rentals.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances.

Equipment will be delivered and picked up at a designated location.

Site Preparation

Renter must ensure the site is clean and ready for setup.

At pickup, all equipment must be cleared of debris, decorations, tape, or personal belongings.

Additional fees apply for delays or excessive cleanup.

Permits & Licenses

Renter is responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals at their expense.

Subsurface Conditions

Renter must locate underground utilities prior to installation.

4 Kings’ Rentals is not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, water lines, underground power lines, gas lines, are any other undisclosed items underground. You must call "811 Dig" to detect any lines prior to our arrival to install inflatables or tents. 

Layouts may reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention.

Renter agrees to reimburse any additional costs incurred due to undisclosed conditions.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Renter assumes all risks and agrees to hold harmless 4 Kings’ Rentals and its staff from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from delivery, setup, use, or removal of rented equipment.

Returned Checks

A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Payment Policy

To confirm this agreement, an initial payment of 25% of the total contract amount is required.

The remaining balance is due one (1) calendar day prior to the earliest of the following dates:

a) Receipt of goods; or
b) Performance of services.

Additional payment processing fees may apply.

General Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability of all services and products, initial payments are non-refundable.

You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the applicable cancellation schedule and subject to any category-specific cancellation policy.

You may remove item(s) from your order at any time and no additional cancellation fee will be charged.
