Responsibility And Use & Disclaimer Warranties: You Are Responsible For The Proper Use Of The Rented Items. You Assume All Risks Inherent To The Operation And Use Of Rented Items, And Agree To Assume The Entire Responsibility For The Defense Of, And To Pay, Indemnity And Hold 4 Kings’ Rentals Harmless From And Hereby Release 4 Kings’ Rentals From, All Claims For Damage To Property Or Bodily Injury.

Equipment Failure: Renter Agrees To Immediately Discontinue The Use Of Rented Items Should It At Any Time Become Unsafe Or In A State Of Disrepair, And Will Immediately (within one Hour Or Less) Notify 4 Kings’ Rentals Of The Facts. 

Use Of Equipment: Renter Agrees & Covenants To Be Satisfied With The Instruction And Condition Of Equipment Rented And The Proper And Safe Us of Equipment, Or That Renter Is So Familiar And Conveyed To 4 Kings’ Rentals. Renter Further Agrees That The Items Will Only Be Used At The Address Listed On Contract, And Only For The Purpose For Which It Was Intended And Manufactured. Subleasing Or Improper Use Is Prohibited. Renter Agrees They Have Read All Instruction Manuals, Operating Instructions, And Warnings Related To Rented Items.

Equipment Responsibility: Renter Is Responsible For Equipment From Time Of Possession To Time Of Return. Renter Assumes The Entire Risk Of Loss,

Regardless Of Cause. 

Cancellation ’ Rain Check: When Renter Reserves Any Rental Equipment, 4 Kings’ Rentals Immediately Remove Those Items From The Inventory And Schedule Our Crew (if Applicable). Therefore, Any Cancellation Made Will Be Responsible For 20% Of The Overall Order. Furthermore, In The Event Of Inclement Weather Or Personal Illness, 4 Kings’ Rentals Does Offer Renter A Rain Check. In The Event Of A Rain Check, Renters Initial Payment Will Be Placed On File For Up To 365 Days Of The Original Event's Date. Those Funds Can Be Transferred To Any Other Date (subject To Availability) Towards Any Rental Equipment we may have within our Inventory.

Refunds: 4 Kings’ Rentals Offers No Form Of Refund Under No Circumstances. In The Event Of A Rain Check, Funds Are Transferred. In The Event Of A Renter making Payments For An Event Or Rental Items In Full, Funds Can Be Transferred To Another Date Or Transfer To A Family Member, But No Refunds Are Offered.

Time Of Return: Renter's Right Of Possession Terminates Upon The Expiration Of Rental Period Set Forth On The Contract. Time Is Of The Essence In This Contract. Any Extension Must Be Agreed Upon In Writing.

Late Returns : Renter Shall Return Rented Items To 4 Kings’ Rentals During Regular Business Hours, Promptly Upon. Or Prior To Expiration Of Rental Period. If Renter Does Not Timely Return, The Rental Rate Shall Continue Until Items Are Returned. These Will Be $25 Late Return Fee For All Rental Equipment That Is Not Returned Within The Allowed Return Deadline.

Deposit: Renter Shall Pay A 20% Non Refundable Initial Payment At The Time Of Reservation, Unless Otherwise Discussed With A 4 Kings’ Rentals Representative. The Fee Is 20% Of The Original Rental Order Including Delivery/pickup Charges. The Initial Payment Will Be Forfeited If Reservation Is Canceled At Any Time. If No Initial Payment Was Taken, And Customer Agreed To Terms Of This Contract, Customer Is Still Responsible For A 20% Cancellation Fee. If Reservation Is Canceled Within 7 Days Prior To Scheduled "time And Date Out", Renter Will Be Charged A $50 Cancellation/restocking Fee Of The Original Rental Order.

Delivery & Pickup: Renter Shall Clean And Repackage The Rented Item/s In Its Original Packaging (such As Bags Or Totes That Was Provided By 4 Kings’

Rentals). If 4 Kings’ Rentals Agrees To Pick Up Any Items, Renter Shall Make It Available To 4 Kings’ Rentals For Pick Up At A Mutually Agreed And Convenient/ Accessible Location. Delivery And Pickup Shall Be At The Convenience Of, And At The Time Designated By 4 Kings’ Rentals. Renter Agrees To Pay A Service Charge For Each Extra Delivery Or Pickup Call Required By 4 Kings’ Rentals.

Care Of Equipment: In Addition To Its Other Obligations Hereunder, Renter Shall: Pay A Reasonable Cleaning Charge For Items Returned Dirty. Renter Must Protect The Rented Items From Weather Damage, Breakage, Unauthorized Or Improper Use, Theft Or Loss While In Possession Of Renter. Furthermore, Renter must Be Present And Available To Count All Rental Items Upon Delivery and Pickup, Otherwise, 4 Kings’ Rentals’ Counts Will Be Considered Accurate.

Site Preparation: Renter Agrees To Have Site Cleaned And Ready For Delivery And Installation Upon Setup. For Pickup, Renter Must Have Equipment Stacked And In Their Designated Places, Inflatables Fully Cleared Of All Personal Belongings And Large Debris, All Tents Must Be Fully Emptied Of Personal Belongings And Decor, Tables And Chairs Free Of Tape, Strings Or Decor, All According To What Was Instructed At The Time of setup/ delivery. With This, Renter Agrees To Pay Any Additional Charges For Any Delay Incurring for the Lack Of Preparations, poor cleanliness, etc.  

Returned Checks: There Will Be A 35.00 Charge On Any Returned Check For Any Reason.
